If you are not completely satisfied with your MONOCOZZI product or order, MONOCOZZI will gladly repair or exchange your item (except return/refund). Repaiar/ Exchange Policy
If you would like to repair an item, please email us in advance by giving your order confirmation number or invoice number, and you must fulfill ALL conditions as follows:
Returned within 7 days from the date of delivery or date of purchase.
Purchased from monocozzi.com or invoiced directly by MONOCOZZI Limited.
Returned in its original condition and shipped back in the original packaging.
Enclosed the original sales receipt (shipping invoice).
Returned via insured parcel post.
Able to be shipped back with tracking information, and MONOCOZZI will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
If you purchase MONOCOZZI products from our authorised distributors or resellers, you must carefully follow their sales and return policies. If you are not satisfied with the products purchased from our authorised distributors or resellers, you should contact the reseller directly to inquire.


Return Procedure
Once the customer fulfills the condition listed above, please submit your return request by emailing us at cs@monocozzi.com.
Please note that every returned shipment requires the customer to provide the below information in the return request email:
Name
E-mail address
Product name
Order form number / invoice number
Reason for return
A photo showing the defect
Once you receive a reply from MONOCOZZI customer support, please prepare the return shipment following the steps listed above.


Reminders:
All Electronic items that needs to be repaired or returned must be brought to the service centre by the customer, or by courier. Shipping costs incurred in all returned shipment are not refundable.
All electronic items will need to be checked by our technical staffs before deciding to repair or replace. If the item has been evaluated to be defect free, we will send the original product back.
Please note that there is a 7-day turn-around time for all exchanges and refund. And usually the waiting time at our service centre is around 20-40mins.
MONOCOZZI does not provide a refund for returned products that do not fulfil the above conditions. We reserve the right on all refund or return decisions. Please refer to the return policy if you have any questions.
All products are allowed to exchange only once.
